Aligning game and science

On November 22nd, we organized an event with genome researchers to work on aligning the game with the science behind it.

Taking advantage of all the information provided to us by the participants of the previous playtest (at the Open Prbb), we introduced some improvements to the prototype of the game, which were tested by the scientific team and collaborators.

The objective of this session was twofold: on the one hand, to align the game dynamics with the needs of the research that will benefit from these results, and on the other hand, to start analyzing the results of the games to work the format and the information received.

Their feedback was very interesting and new opportunities for collaboration emerged to work on scientific information packages that will be introduced into the game for participants.

Now it’s time to analyze all the collected information, and continue adding more components to the game to complete it.
