The Genigma scientific team is growing

Genigma has two new additions to the scientific team.
These are Alessandra Merlotti and Pol Ezquerra, who will work side by side with Marco Di Stefano, Juan Rodríguez and Marc Martí Renom in their laboratory at CNAG-CRG.

Alessandra is a PhD student at the University of Bologna (Italy). He specializes in the development and application of network algorithms. She will obtain and select the DNA sequences that the players will assemble in Genigma.
Pol Ezquerra is a student of the degree of Biochemistry at the University of Barcelona (UB) and will be in charge of comparing the performance of different algorithms to pre-process sequencing data that are obtained from the different cell lines.

We are very happy to have their cooperation and we are confident that their contribution will be of great help to the project: welcome!
